We use a low temperature, hypoallergenic hard wax that only adheres to the hair and not your skin; making it ideal for even the most sensitive skin.
Your hair needs to be about a quarter of an inch long (generally 2 weeks of growth if you've been shaving)

-Your hair will grow back much slower and thinner, making it less painful each time.
-Eliminates razor burn and reduces ingrown hairs.
-Gently exfoliates the skin leaving it smooth and bright.
There are a few things you can do to make your wax more comfortable and to get the best results possible
-Gently exfoliate the area the day before
-Take a warm shower before to soften the hair follicles
-Take ibuprofen 30 mins before your appt
-Wear loose, comfortable clothing
-Hydrate & avoid caffeine leading up to your appt
-Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds 48 hours prior
3-4 weeks for face & bikini area
4-6 weeks for other body parts
AVOID the following for 24-48 hours after your wax
-exfoliating
-heavy exercise & sweating
-sexy time (bikini area)
-hot tubs and swimming
-sun exposure/tanning beds
After 48 hours, exfoliate 2-3x per week to reduce the risk of ingrown hairs, along with keeping your skin moisturized.
Yes, as long as you have a clean tampon or menstrual cup in.
A manual exfoliation of the face using a sterile surgical blade to gently remove any dead skin and vellus hairs (peach fuzz). Please note: the purpose of this service is to exfoliate, not remove all the hair. If you want it solely for hair removal, we recommend doing a full face wax instead.

-You MUST wear SPF daily following your treatment to prevent burning & hyperpigmentation- when we do an enzyme or dermaplane, your skin will be more prone to sunburn due to deep exfoliation.
-Keep your skin hydrated & moisturized.
-Be gentle, no exfoliating for 5 days depending on treatment. Your skin will be more sensitive and prone to irritation. (this includes active ingredients such as glycolic or salicylic acid, retinol & prescriptions)
